In this workshop Sayakat Cosplay will teach students the basics of working with thermoplastics like Worbla, friendly plastic, and more. Students will watch a demonstration on how to use thermoplastics to make armor, props, and accessories, then they'll have the opportunity to make their very own set of custom vampire (or other fantasy creature) teeth using the same materials.
In this workshop you'll learn:
- How to handle thermoplastics, including safety precautions
- Which thermoplastics work best for what style of project
- How to manipulate thermoplastics including shaping and setting.

- None - beginner friendly
About the Instructor:
Sayakat Cosplay is an award winning cosplayer and has been cosplaying since 2014. She has honed her skills through the years and enjoys utilizing her expertise and experience to help others learn and make their own cosplays. She is a cosplay generalist, doing pretty much everything; sewing, making armor and props, styling wigs, and generally nerding out over all aspects of cosplay! The Nitty Gritty:
- To participate in this class you must be at least 16 years of age
- Space is limited and all tickets are first come first serve
- Purchasing a ticket reserves one (1) seat at this class. For multiple tickets, please add more than one ticket to your cart
- All tickets are final sale. In the event of a no-show, no refunds will be available
- Tickets will be delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. This digital ticket will be needed to enter the event.
- All classes start promptly at the time they're scheduled for. In the event of tardiness, you may miss certain aspects of the class and may not be able to complete the scheduled project in full
