Inktober Art Card Swap Gallery

Inktober Art Card Swap Gallery

Every October, Inktober invites artists to slow down, pick up a pen, and create consistently, one small piece at a time. This year, we took that spirit and turned it into something shared.

Our Inktober Art Card Swap invited members of the CUT/SEW community to create a single, bookmark-sized artwork and exchange it with another participant. No pressure for perfection – just a chance to make something tangible, send it out into the world, and receive a piece of someone else’s creativity in return.

What you’ll see below is the result of that experiment: a gallery of hand-made art cards that range from playful and full of delight to intricate and bold. Each card reflects a different creative voice, but together they tell a bigger story about generosity, connection, and the joy of making something just because.

This gallery exists both as a thank you to everyone who participated and as a record of what happens when a creative community shows up for each other.

Take your time scrolling. Zoom in. Notice the details. And if this sparks the urge to make something small and meaningful — we hope you’ll join us next time.
