Turn a handful of metal rings into something you can wear! This introductory chainmail workshop breaks the process down one connection at a time as you build a bracelet and discover how a repeating weave becomes a flexible piece of jewelry.

Get comfortable working with small tools, recognizing patterns, and connecting rings neatly. You’ll leave with a finished bracelet and a foundation for exploring more chainmail projects.

In this workshop you'll learn:

• Recognize the basic materials and tools used in chainmail.
• Open and close jump rings while maintaining their shape.
• Connect rings to create a beginner-friendly chainmail weave.
• Follow a repeating pattern and spot misplaced connections.
• Size and finish your weave as a wearable bracelet.

Prerequisite Skills:

• None – beginner friendly.

About the Instructor:

Blue is a professional costumer from NYC that specializes in pattern making, draping, and garment construction. She's worked on shows for Broadway, such as Wicked, The Lion King, and more. You can find her on Instagram at Aobittybaby.

• To participate in this workshop, a liability waiver must be completed for all participants
• Anyone under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian
• Space is limited and all tickets are first come first serve
• Purchasing a ticket reserves one (1) seat at this class. For multiple tickets, please add more than one ticket to your cart
