Let's work together to sew your very own ita bag! This easy sewing class will teach students how to sew basic shapes, pin properly, and work with lightweight vinyl to create a tote bag with special protective pockets for all of your pins, trinkets, and charms.

In this class you'll learn:

• How to sew basic shapes together
  
• How to clip curved areas for smoother circles
• How to sew lightweight vinyl
• How to get crisp seams on your project

Prerequisite Skills:

This is a newbie level course, meaning students should:

• Be familiar with sewing machines and basic machine stitches
• Have completed at least one finished garment or sewing project prior to this course

About the Instructor:

Kaye Cosplay is a celebrated craftsmanship and performance cosplayer with over 20 years of experience and is the proud USA representative for multiple international cosplay competitions. In addition to cosplay, Kaye also has over 10 years of professional experience in entertainment costuming, specializing in costumes for theme parks, theater, and special events. Known for her exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, she inspires others with her commitment to body-positivity, demonstrating that anyone can cosplay the characters they love. • To participate in this workshop, a liability waiver must be completed for all participants
• Anyone under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian
• Space is limited and all tickets are first come first serve
• Purchasing a ticket reserves one (1) seat at this class. For multiple tickets, please add more than one ticket to your cart
• All tickets are final sale. In the event of a no-show, no refunds will be available
