Get your hands on leather for the first time in this 90-minute intro workshop. We'll walk you through leather selection, pattern basics, gluing, and hand-stitching as you build your own mini wallet/card holder from start to finish. Leather staining and finishing will be prepped ahead of time so you can focus on construction. Walk away with a finished piece and a pattern to keep making more at home. Please note: some hand dexterity is required for this class.

About the Instructor:

DaReal Nero is a maker and cosplayer with over a decade of hands-on experience building his own costumes from the ground up. Since 2016 he has designed and sold handmade leather wallets, working across techniques from hand-cutting to laser engraving. A multi-time award winner in cosplay craftsmanship competitions, I brings both the technical know-how and the maker mindset to every project.
